The One Condos by Mizrahi Developments – an eighty five story tower set to be placed 1,043 feet high – is going to be an absolutely spectacular feet of engineering and architecture by acclaimed Core Architects and designed by world-renowned Foster + Partners. This building will become the second tallest in Canada next to the CN tower. The One Condos is expected to have suites between 650 and 9000 sqft. There will be no share walls meaning the consumer can customize and combine units so in the end there may be even less than 416 suites.
